The Belleville Police Service is marking 190 years of serving the community with a series of initiatives launching during National Police Week 2026 (May 10 to 16). In partnership with Glanmore National Historic Site and the Community Archives of Belleville and Hastings County, three initiatives will highlight the history and evolution of policing in Belleville, including two temporary exhibits and a new downtown walking tour.
Glanmore National Historic Site is inviting residents to step into spring-time elegance with Steeped in Style, a special event celebrating a love for hats and Belleville’s millinery history taking place on Sunday, May 3 at 2 p.m.
