Family Games in the Garden at Glanmore National Historic Site

BELLEVILLE – The City of Belleville’s Glanmore National Historic Site, part of the Community Services Department, is inviting families to celebrate summer with a free Family Games Day on July 12.

Visit Glanmore National Historic Site on Sunday, July 12, for a morning of unplugged fun and games on the museum grounds. Try your hand at old-fashioned outdoor activities, including carnival games, optical toys and games of chance and strategy. Families are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the museum grounds in true Victorian fashion.

Family Games Day will take place at Glanmore National Historic Site, located at 257 Bridge St. E., from 10 a.m. to noon. Regular admission applies for indoor tours of the historic site, or visitors can enjoy free admission with a Family Membership or borrow a Museum Pass from the Belleville Public Library (valid entry for 2 adults, 3 children.) Children ages five to 13 must be accompanied by an adult. For more information, call 613-962-2329 or visit glanmore.ca.
