Refund Policy
Timed-Entry Admission purchased online is non-refundable, some exceptions may apply. Inquires can be directed to glanmoreinfo@belleville.ca or 613-962-2329 ext. 3650. Messages will be answered within 2 business days.
Refund/Withdrawal Process
Program Cancelled by Us – You will be notified just prior to your course start date if we cancel a program. A full refund will be issued.
If you withdraw from a program PRIOR to the start date (must be 24 hours prior to the start of the course) – A refund will be issued but is subject to 25% administration fee.
If you wish to withdraw from a program AFTER the program has started – No refund or credit will be issued except for special circumstances.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (except for cash). Debit/Credit payments will go back on the original card within 10-12 business days. Cheque payments will be refunded within 10-15 business days from clearing our system. Cheque refunds are issued by the City of Belleville.
